Way to go Vicki!!!! you curb those stress cravings.. i had one last nite too

Today's success was taking my 14 yr old ds to the gym with me. We both

worked out then stopped at the local coffee shop. He had a decaf mocha & I

had ..... are you ready?? WATER!!! Yeah me!!

As far as I am concerned, you have just summed up the entire

program! We talk so much here about the food, but it's the

*skull* (or what's supposed to be inside it!) that is *really*

going to get us to the goal and keep us there.

You make me feel sooooooooooo proud, Vicki!! That's just

fabulous!!
