What is on your bathroom vanity/sink area right now?

*cucumber melon antibacterial handsoap

*pill container that holds my vitamins and calcium

*carmex lip balm (I'm addicted to the stuff)

*vanilla cream scented candle

*some kind of citris scented candle

*calamine lotion (no, I don't have poison ivy...I have a zit on my chin and I've heard that medications for drying up poison ivy also do wonders on zits. Gee whiz, you'd think that at 38 yrs old I wouldn't have zits anymore!)

*banding tool to castrate baby goats...has 4 little prongs that you put a special little rubber band on and then you squeeze the handles together and it stretches the band so that you can put it around the little guys' testicles. I guess I carried it back here when I came in to wash my hands yesterday.

I'm usually fairly organized and don't like stuff to be left out, but my vanity is pretty cluttered this morning.

Have a great day everyone!

Hugs,

Janet

Funny question. Well....I haven't been here in a week, and my roommates are pigs, so I'd have to start with dirt and filth is on my vanity. Plus a cd player/stereo that I listen to in the shower and anytime I'm in the bathroom. It flashes the incorrect time all the time because the power always goes out to that socket when my roommate does her hair because she blows a fuse EVERY day. It's an odd house! I have a unopened bar of soap that I stole from the SRD hotel room, 3 old razors (why don't I throw them out?), my tooth brush, my chap stick, my Tylenol for the coughing headaches, a large antibacterial soap container, and a candle that was there when I moved in. NOT very interesting! Now the castrating tool someone had...THAT was funny! Never would have imagined that in a bathroom. I have actually been to houses (or parties) where there was food or drinks on the vanity! I could never even think about drinking or eating in the bathroom! YUCK! That would be a great way for me to lose weight. Eat all my meals in the bathroom! I wouldn't eat much if anything! LOL! I actually find old plates and cups all over my roommates bathroom when I do the dishes. I found an old jar of peanut butter with ants all over it one time and about a week ago I found an old cereal bowel with curdled milk. Lovely huh? Now do you see why I want to move? LOL! I want to move to the farm! That sounds fun! :)

:)

Toothpaste, shaving cream, mouthwash, hand soap toothbrushes kids are too lazy to hang up, razors, prescription cough syrup, dental floss, Lotrimin - nothing pretty. With a husband and 8 sons - I basically live in a locker room with a lawn ~

Too much!! One side of the sink holds the cat's food bowl - if I put it on the floor, the dog eats it. The other side is a shelf unit filled with all the "essentials." Always cluttered, unfortunately.

Deanna

No matter where we live, no matter who we are, we're all bound by borders....borders that define our lives....some real, some imagined. Many of us are content to live within these borders. Others are forced to. But some of us need to break out, burst through, even if what lies on the other side is both frightening and unknown.
