My cold is getting better ElizaBeth thank you for asking. I'm left with

this terrible cold and headache but I do feel better. I didn't sleep

much last night (out of Nyquil) so I skipped work again but I do have

two more days plus the rest of today to feel better so I'll be back to

my old self again (hopefully) on Monday. I think I caught the flu but I

have never had the flu so I don't really know. I have never had a cold

like this before I tell you that much!

I hope you all are doing well and have a wonderful weekend!

I'm pleased to report a one pound lose. That's a small start, at

least in the right direction. Melody how is your hand? is

your cold getting better? Everyone have a Happy Easter. ElizaBeth

My roommate told me that too. She said you guys partied for 5 days and then Saturday I went to a 12 hour birthday party and I haven't been sleeping enough and I started a new early shift. She said all of that probably added up and made me sick. I wouldn't doubt it! I still haven't had enough sleep. It's hard to sleep at night. Nyquil is going to be my best friend this weekend for sure! :) GEORGE

Good job on the loss ElizaBeth!

The hand is doing ok - got a nasty looking purple mark there now, but it doesn't hurt. kind of wondering if it will leave a scar? I guess if it does it can always serve as a reminder to USE my brain huh? LOL

44.25 Pounds GONE!! 97.25 to GOAL! I SNIPPED THE YO-YO STRING, LET'S JUST HOPE SOMEONE DOESN'T TIE A KNOT IN IT!!

No matter where we live, no matter who we are, we're all bound by borders....borders that define our lives....some real, some imagined. Many of us are content to live within these borders. Others are forced to. But some of us need to break out, burst through, even if what lies on the other side is both frightening and unknown.
