Anybody who knows ANYTHING about dieting knows that setbacks are a normal part of the process. Good luck on those last 50 pounds. I for one would like to know what things have helped you make this remarkable progress....How do you keep from binging, do you journal, go to meetings, plan meals, etc. etc. We're all different and we'd like to know what works for you.
