Thanks for replying to my confusing email.

I suppose I just wanted an answer to two main questions really. (I am seeing

various experts at the moment but just wanted your opinion - Dr Sally Neill

in the UK- because my appointment isn't for a few months)

1)Basically, as I don't know other women, is it normal to be completely

smooth inside (like in the mouth) or is rough

And

2) Do women get completely better when taking amitriptaline, when it gives

them pain relief at the start,is this usually a good sign that it will work

completely?

I don't mean to be a pain
