I actually do have a report from the hospital saying what had happened to me at the hospital but what I am missing is some sort of report that says that those sequence of events that I went through actually caused me Ashermans. They want it written down in black and white. You'd think that any idiot reading my report could tell that it was their fault but no they want a doctor to tell them that and to come to Court too to testify. The reason to go abroad for a doctor is because Cyprus is such a small community of people and doctors that it is difficult to find one that will go against another, if you see what I mean. Therefore I am waiting to hear from a couple of doctors and it seems like I will need to pay one for this document. One of the reasons why I went to see a lawyer at this point in my life is so that I could find out if there was any statute of limitations and in my case there is none. So, I would check this out at your end if at any point you MAY sue because it will be very heartbreaking to you if you ever find out that you can't sue because your time is up!.
