Guest guest
Thank You, Janet! Had the labwork done this a.m. - will find out results Friday (I hope). Until then, sitting on my hands a lot - better than feeding my face with them!!! Hugs, Hamilton & Feeser wrote: , I sent a prayer on up for you this morning. Please let us know the outcome of your appointment today. I'm sorry that you're dealing with medical issues. Please know that you have many TOPS friends out here in cyber space that are here for you. Hugs and blessings, Janet Re: DIETO contest (May 3 - May 9) Weigh in tonight was in the red - to the tune of 2 MORE pounds. I gotta get myself psyched up for losing again but first I have to put the medical issues to rest - got my first appt. tomorrow and then another next Monday - prayers for a positive outcome would be VERY appreciated! Guest guest
Hey Janet! I love Chinese food too. It's my favorite. I'm an addict. And the bad part is both times I had Chinese is was NOT buffet! LOL! It would have been more fun to gain 2.25 lbs. if it was buffet. But, of course, I probably would have gained 5 lbs! Geez! I hope to have a loss this week but it won't be 2.25 lbs. I didn't have a great weekend again but no Chinese food. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME? On 2nd thought...don't answer that! I don't want to know! LOL! I hate chocolate. Yuck. I can eat it but would rather now. Gummies are good but I couldn't eat too many of them. I'm not a sweet person. I'm more FRIED foods and burgers and pizza.....argh! I'm drooling! LOL! I am having a better week and hoping for some sort of a loss. I hope you have a great week too. It stormed earlier today at work. BAD. But it was not raining on the way home and it isn't raining now but it says 70% chance tonight, 60 tomorrow, and then 40 - 60% for the next 7 days! What's going on? I love rain but enough is enough! I can totally relate to issues with Chinese food. I LOVE IT! And we have soooo many Chinese buffets around here. Mexican food, or anything spicy is also a weakness of mine. I didn't have either this week, but I did eat at least 3 bags of gummies... gummy savers, gummy worms, gummy bears. About 2 years ago, I traded one addiction for another... I used to have to have chocolate EVERY day. I started eating gummies, because I figured they weren't as bad. WRONG! They may be fat-free, but they're not calorie-free or sugar-free! On a good note, I don't even crave chocolate anymore... in fact I seldom even eat any. Hope you're having a good week. Is it raining down your way, too? Hugs, JanetEMAIL TEXAS-STYLE!!
