Insurance Denials for Cochlear Implants

Hello All,

I am needing your help to find other families who have been denied insurance

benefits for cochlear implants.

It does not matter from what state or from what company, adults or children.

As all of you know we have been fighting this battle for over a year for our

daughter's CI and also have another child with a profound loss.

I have taken out story to anyone who will listen. I am outraged that an

insurance company can deny a child the opportunity to hear, but will allow

men to receive penile implants.

I have recently taken our story to the White House. Along with discussing

our situation personally with Vice President Gore and Governor W

Bush.

These children must have access to the technology that can enable them to

hear and speak. It is a personal decision, but one that should at least be

available to all!

So please, if you are aware of someone that has been denied this opportunity

by their health carrier write me. It is of utter importance! We have filed

a Class Action Suit against Benicorp Insurance and would like to assist

others in similar situations.
