Have been doing WW since July, my birthday month, online, and so far

have lost 12 pounds. That doesn't seem like much, but it was hard to

get it off believe me. I have lost two pounds during the holidays,

and tomorrow my challenge resumes. I started a dog walking club with

WW and we have been seeing great results. I am looking forward to

getting to know everyone.

I am also currently trying one of the suggestions from WW called

anchoring. i belive this will probably save me during my weak

moments. I guess ya'll don't need the intro to how I got the weight

on just need to know that it is there..LOL.
