Guest guest
Congratulations on the new baby! And for getting back on program! You already had a great loss before the pregnancy -- so you know that you CAN DO IT! =) Pat (in Montana) Weigh-InI've lost 9 lbs. I know this is not a true picture of weight loss, but it still makes me feel good; at least 5 pounds was water weight. I usually start off with a 5 lb. weight loss when using the 1-2-3 because my eating habits are so horrible. I delivered my a healthy baby boy 2 weeks ago and I'm looking forward to losing at least 50 lbs. I had initially lost 26 lbs. before I got pregnant. I am motivated to get back on track. Guest guest
How is everyone else doing on their weekly weigh-ins? I plateaued! But, the way I have been eating, it's no wonder! Sharon
Guest guest
Hello everyone My weigh-in is Friday (WW online plan). I lost 2 1/2 pounds for a total of 8 lbs in 6 weeks. I am thrilled. And especially happy because this plan is so easy and natural for me. So I have high hopes of this becoming a permanent life style change for me. In addition to the weight loss, I have been doing lots of walking which is he;lping me tone up. The pay off was last week when I went dress shopping for a wedding which is taking place this evening. I dreaded going shopping because I had waited so long to buy a summer dress and didn't think there would be anything left. But I found lots of dresses to try, and for a change many of them looked pretty good. I ended up with one I'm very happy with. And the best part is that it is a size 12! Haven't seen that size in a long time. I've been in 16's for a while. So I'm thrilled with my progress. This week will be a challenge with the family wedding and spending time with relatives from out of town. But this has become too important to me and I think I will do okay. Oops. Rather long winded reply to your question of how everyone is doing. Hope everyone is continuing to do well. My best to everyone. I don't usually write much but I read all the posts and love all the recipes. --- Sharon Gibson wrote: > > > > > How is everyone else doing on their weekly > weigh-ins? > > I plateaued! Guest guest
But, I got back on track yesterday and am stayingOP. No guilt, today is a new day! Hope you all have a great day! Congrats on not gaining! I am trying to get your attitude. I was off program for a week! Don't ask me why because I was just lazy, I guess. Anyway, I decided yesterday that I had lost a week and most likely even gained but this is a new day and it's back on track for me. I actually don't feel guilty. Don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Sharon

Guest guest
Ah Crys! Why do they have to do this? There are so many awesome kids and parents, but we always question ourselves when someone comes after us, don't we? Good for you for using other ways to cope over food. I am sure this will all turn out fine, but it is no fun....

I feel pretty great. Amazing how a good night's sleep helps out, too. I called the hubby last night, and he very supportive (but then, he had just gotten himself a 6 point buck, so his mood was especially good). In any case, as I dithered around for a way to ask for Caller ID, he announces, " this is ridiculous! I want you to call the phone company right now and get caller ID on the phone - all the phones are on sale this weekend, and we need a new one anyway. At least that way she can't harrass you at home. " Is he awesome or what?? -Crys- (on her way to walmart to look at phones)
