Guest guest
Fried Chicken Strips 3/4 cup sweet rice flour 3/4 cup garfava flour 1 cup milk substitute 1 beaten egg (optional) salt garlic poweder 2 chicken breasts cut into strips or nuggets Mix flours together and add salt and garlic to taste. I use approx. 1 tsp. of each. Mix " milk " and egg together in a seperate bowl. Dip the chicken in " milk/egg " mixture and the dredge in flour ~~ repeat. Fry in deep oil. Turn strips so that they are brown on both sides. Cook for approx. 3 to 4 minutes in hot oil. It is easy to make these up and take with you to a resteraunt.
