Pelvic Exam

Pelvic exam, s/l " EGBUS/Vagina " within normal limits except for scant white

homogenous discharge noted in the posterior fornix. Cervix is grossly within

normal limits. Bimanual exam, no cervical motion tenderness, but there is

tenderness with palpation over the uterus, no adnexa tenderness.

The doc dictates the letters above/Vagina....I cannot find the acronym

anywhere to document what it is? Can someone confirm that what I am hearing

is correct?
