Guest guest
Wow, congrats on your loss! I can see how you must just feel awesome with your loss! Maybe you could share what motivated you, and it will remind you and encourage us! God Bless Care ----- Original Message ----- Hi, I was a member of this group for a while last year when I rejoined weight watchers, and now I find myself with more time on my hands and decided to rejoin. I am getting into the " hard part " of this journey, after losing a good chunk last year and getting back into the " normal " clothes, and I want to be sure to not give up without getting to goal, so I spend some time every day with something motivational (like this list )!! Hope to be participating more this time. Lesanne (365)all time high from 1981, 247(last feb), 188.6 now, 159 goal

Guest guest
Just a short one about what motivated me, this time last year I felt Bad. Getting heartburn all the time, my clothes were not fitting, you know the drill. But to add to that my elderly cousin was beginning to get to a point where I could SEE how her being overweight most of her life was ruining the Rest of it. So I decided to join WW again and try something new..... Actually Doing what they suggested! What a concept. It is working great, but I do need some pumpin up every now and then.
