Guest guest
Hi Lyssa.... You need to take it easy... You have had a lot of stress this week. I have been unable to find Fruit2o... and I looked again at Sam's Club this evening. Welcome home lyssa, I hope the week wasn't too hard on you. It sounds like you are really busy with your new house and that you are a very ambitious person. corky Checking In > Ah finally the emails are rolling back in. Guest guest
Well, a few more days have passed, no weight loss but hey, I'm getting there. Been trying to work on DH but no way, just won't give up that bread and rice. So he's going to have to come up with his own way of losing, He's been gaining lately, eating everything is site. I worry so much about him but I do realize, I can't help in until he's ready to be helped. Sigh... Norma, I would love to post pictures but as of yet I don't have a scanner. Maybe I'll just take a roll of film and shoot pics around the city and then have them developed onto a disk. Hey, that's a great idea....will get started on it this week! Thanks for making me think! I think I need a course in pc spreadsheets. I'm trying to use excel and getting nowhere. But at least it keeps me at the computer and I drink my water here cause it sits beside me. Great on the no smoking, I know it's hard and it takes months to get past the habit after you get the nicotine out of your body. Just keep chomping on lc food and you'll soon stabilize again. A few pounds isn't bad, just watch yourself. I found I didn't gain anything but didn't lose either until I stopped munching so much. My calorie intake was high for a few months, I mean really high although lc. Then everything went back to normal. So right now you're doing something very important for you health. WTG for Norma. Hope everyone has a great lc weekend. Jayne in Cairo
