Guest guest Posted January 13, 2000 Report Share Posted January 13, 2000 Hi, For me, that " bearing down " you spoke of is exactly the thing I learned to do in biofeedback. It is what relaxed my muscles! Before learning that works for me, I assumed that type of pushing is straining my muscles. But I watched the biofeedback computer monitor as I did it- and I saw the all the numbers go down! Now gently pushing is a part of my relaxation routine.
