Bearing down- Re 's post

Hi,

For me, that " bearing down " you spoke of is exactly the thing I learned to do in

biofeedback. It is what relaxed my muscles! Before learning that works for me,

I assumed that type of pushing is straining my muscles. But I watched the

biofeedback computer monitor as I did it- and I saw the all the numbers go down!

Now gently pushing is a part of my relaxation routine.

I figure...the way my muscles are on an everyday basis is tight...and that

exercise puts it normal again!
