Hi,

Sounds just about like my symptons. My pain is in my hands going up my arms across the shoulders up the back of the neck, My arms feel like ten ton weights and the pain is burning with great intensity. Like a hot branding iron touching my bones. I don't have the problems with my teeth, but my jaws hurt really bad some days. Is that a connection to rsds or maybe something else. Hopefully it is just stress causing the jaws to hurt because I tend to grit my teeth when I'm stressed out. Doudt if this helped you much. God Bless

painful symptoms

Hi Everyone, I have some symptoms that are painful and and I was wondering if anyone elsehas ever experienced them. One is that my muscses are so painful all of the time. The pain in my shoulders is the worst It goes from one side hurting severly for a few days than the other one will start. The pain is almost dibilitating, going up to the ear, sometimes with a bad earache, to down the back about midway, and on the front down to the muscles under the breast. The second one is that my mouth is very raw, especially my tongue, and sometimes I can't eat anything. I can barely can brush my teeth with the sensitive toothpaste, but I just have to suffer through that one.Another one is the headaches everyday. Always on one side. I never used to get a headache at all. I know a few people have said they have terrible headaches too, are you all still having them?Well if anyone has any of these symptoms please write back, thanks in advance, love Jai

Hi Jai,

The only one symptom I don't get is the headache. I do have a mouth problem

occasionally, not chronically. I wonder is any of the medications could be

affecting the mouth inside?

Anyway as far as the shoulder pain and it moving from one to the other. Yes,

I always get a muscle pain somewhere. My shoulder will hurt into my neck. I

also find it goes into my jaw. I think it always has to find someplace to go

doesn't it? It never ever totally leaves, not even for a pain free minute.

That is why I find the hydro 10/500 really work better for the muscles. I

know I need to find a lower does drug as far as the acetaminophen goes.

Hugs and a pain free minute,

Jai,

I have the same problem with my mouth. I feel it comes from being so dry.

And my few teeth that aren't root canaled hurt from the tooth paste and from

the air at times. I get that shoulder pain down the front to the chest. It

is sensitive to touch.

And my legs muscles are hurting now, especially the thighs hurting really bad.

Hi Jai,

I, too, have terrible headaches on a daily basis.

I find that Excedrin Migraine tablets help better than

anything. I also get a severe tingling in the top of

my head....usually happens when I'm very stressed out.

It's really wierd.

I haven't had any problems with my teeth or my

mouth yet. But a friend of mine has had a lot of

problems with her teeth and just had to get a root

canal done.

I do understand the shoulder pain. Mine will

travel into the uppper part of my back and into my

neck. Hurts so much. My RSD has just travelled all

over. It's in every limb now. It is even in my left

breast and even in the left part of the vagina area.

Really uncomfortable. Is there no end??

Hope you are feeling better today.

Hugs, Tracey

Hi Jai,

I've gotten the shoulder/arm etc. pain, too, but it comes and goes, isn't

consistent (Thank God!).

As for the mouth, I found that when I took certain meds and/or supplements, I

got that. The first thing I found caused it was zinc. I was taking zinc for

something, and my mouth was so sensitive! I don't know if it was the combo

with something else I was taking, but when I stopped the zinc, the mouth

returned to normal. Check out everything you're taking.

As an aside, Doug was watching something on TV which caught his interest

because he drinks a lot of grapefruit juice. What they said on this program

was that there is an enzyme in grapefruit juice (NO OTHER KIND OF JUICE) that

can either amplify the effect of some medications or alter the effect. I

haven't looked it up, but thought it worth mentioning. You may want to

change your juice of choice, to avoid any kind of problem because of this.

Just thinking of you all!

Hugs,

Jo
