Guest guest
Hi Debbie, lori here. I am so sorry about your puter problems and more sorry for your doc problems. Have you tried action.org yet to have someone help you find a doc in your area of Connecticut? I am so fortunate for it only took me to go thru 3 docs to find a very good one. However he is leaving for North Carolina and I will be going to his replacement. I will of course pray for you but there has to be someone else you can go to. I know a month wait is a long time to go without pain meds but the quicker you make an appointment then the quicker you can get some. and time does pass fast. What about your primary doc? I just saw mine today and he is great and can give me my meds if I am ever in need. I think it is so important to have a primary and a pain doc. Please keep us posted and you are in my prayers. Try and have a nice Christmas and the New Year just has to be be! tter than the past. God bless you. Love LORI

Guest guest
Hi Debbie, I'm glad you're back. I hope that you've made an appointment to see one of the pain clinics, even if it is a month away. I find that things are much more bearable when you know you have something in the future that may help. In the meantime, I'll say as many prayers as I can for you. We're always here if you need us, and even if you aren't online often or not in touch, always in our hearts, minds and prayers. I hope that your holidays were wonderful and not too stressful. Hugs, Jo
Guest guest
Dear Jo, I have not given up yet, but it is hard, because your family doctors have to make the calls. It takes them forever, it is so dumb, my family doctor knows nothing about RSD. Its not like I need a referral. I have some long hard days but I keep praying. The stress is killing me. I woke up the other night, and my mouth was killing me from grinding my teeth, I actually broke a piece with off. I am so rigid with pain and stress it is so painful. Thank for all the support it means so much to me. Love, Debbie jomal1@... wrote: > Hi Debbie, > I'm glad you're back. Guest guest
Debbie, Is it a far commute to go to NYC to see a doctor? Felice
Guest guest
Dear Felice, I would rather not, but I will keep it open as an option, it is closer that some of the other places that people have mentioned. i could take a train or something , would not have to fly. Is your doctor really nice and knowledable. What kind of doctor is he or she? What sort of medications do you take? How bad is your RSD, is it full-body? I am getting desperate so I will keep you in mind. If nothing by end of month I will call you for sure-I hate to have you make an appt. I could not keep. Or could I just call myself and get in? Thanks sweetie for all your help.
