Guest guest
Hi All, I wanted to take a few moments to thank you all for being a very big part of my life over the past year. I've made so many wonderful friends, and have had my faith in both God and mankind restored (except for a few Drs. that really shook my faith in medicine). I would love to thank each and every one of you personally, but that would take forever. Sharing this life of pain has brought a different spin on " normal " relationships. We truly understand each other's pain, and try and support and sympathize with each other. I can't think of a more important bond between people. That genuine caring. I usually don't make New Year's resolutions (after all, it is rather difficult to improve on perfection - LOL), but I've resolved to become much more active in the " world of RSD. " You may find that I'm not online as much, but that will be due to my working on numerous things that will benefit the RSD community. As you know, Deb and I are working on a book, which will be completed in 2001. I've accepted the Charter Director of NJ position with the ASRSD, and will concentrate a good portion of my " free " time to that. I would like to enlist the help of all of you for those endeavors. If you live in NJ, I want to talk with you! Everyone else, I will be asking questions of for the book and I would appreciate it greatly if you respond as quickly as you can. I've made so many friends, and for that I am grateful. Thank you all for honoring me with that privilege. Let's end the year with a prayer for a cure in 2001! Hugs & Love, Jo
Guest guest
Bruce, Enjoy the warmth as we just received 2 feet of snow in upstate New York!!! I have 3 friends/pen pals with RSD who live there in Australia and I do so enjoy communicating with them.
