I know alot of the people on here dont believe in Medication but I

tried everything to help with my fatigue, I too am sleeping alot and

when im awake I just want to lay down. So my doctor gave me ritalin

and provigil to help me stay awake. I also keep myself busy by doing

housework. Once I get through this fatigue and I hope it doesnt last

I will get off the meds.

Hi Jackie, I am dealing with similar issues--physical and emotional.

Since you mentioned getting your diagnosis shortly after giving birth,

you may want to look into getting your hormone levels measured and

working with hormone levels if indicated. This is something I am

becoming more interested in lately. I have spoken to and/or know of a

few women with MS who were helped immensely by bio-identical hormone

replacement therapy.

Grean tea gets me through the day , I am partial to Choice or Tazo Zen . I

am feeling quite

fatigued lately and I think it also has to do with weather patterns . I have

just started

drinking Nettle Tea and it is just making me feel better . It is wild , non

produced and has

the 72 essencial elements in it , and it is Cheap . I'm on my thrird day and

will let you know

more in time of it's medicinal benefits ...................BePeace ...Tom

I have friends that take Q10, that is also good. There is always an alternative

treatment to drugs.

The MS Trust produced an exercise tape but I don't have the details. Try

looking at their website.

Hi Janet , The nettles I get are wild , either from Bainbridge island

Washington , or Port

Townsend . One is an herb farm (PT) and the other is a friend that lives on ten

acre's of

woods on Bainbridge . I think the key is finding Nettles that grow in the wild

..This is just my

4th day drinking nettle tea , but I swear I'm starting to feel more vitality .

PEACE , Tom

Tazo Zen tea is also one of my favorites for helping

me feel better and more energized.

Thank you for the suggestion for the wild nettle tea.

I will have to look for that.

Blessings & Love
