Guest guest
Here's something that came up in the patient's history. I would think the doctor just stuttered over menorrhagia, but I have a copy of his chart note and he *wrote* menomenorrhagia just as I've spelled it in the following. I can't document it, but it's ringing some distant bell, like I've encountered it in the past. Any of y'all familiar with this? Here's the exact context. The patient tells me she has had headaches for about 3 months. This coincided with the onset of menomenorrhagia. Thanks in advance for any help. Guest guest
Could he mean menometrorrhagia: Irregular or excessive bleeding during menstruation and between menstrual periods.
