1. In list of meds: s/l Midrix 1 p.o. q.d.

2. s/l Plaxil - I also wonder if he might benefit from a medication

such as *Plaxil* or Trental to improve lower extremity blood flow.

3. s/l bos-o-lin-toxin injection to the pyriformis muscle
