We are working with NDI and APD to do focus groups and interviews with individuals with disabilities regarding the need for health care access and the need for personal care assistance. This work is being funded through APD's Medicaid Infrastructure Grant.

We would appreciate any help you can give us in getting the word out. I am attaching a flyer that we have developed and that has been approved by APD.
