Beth,

When you have had a history of yeast infections, and have to go on

antibiotics, taking probiotics and yogurt will help. Just remember to

separate the doses by a few hours. For instance, if you take your antibiotic

at 7 AM, take your Probiotic at 9-10 AM. Continue for the duration of the

antibiotics + an additional 30 days or more. Also, cut out as much sugar

from your diet as you can. This includes natural sugar found in regular milk

and fruits. Also restrict or eliminate refined flour products and anything

that has yeast in it for the duration of the antibiotics. You can start up

with that again, slowly, after the antibiotics have been completed. And make

sure you do complete the whole series of antibiotics, so you don't develop a

resistant infection.
