Guest guest
Ricotta Pancakes Protein 22 g Fat 17.5 g carbs 8 g from the low carb cookbook If you decide to leave out the powdered egg whites the batter will be thin so make little silver dollar sized pancakes. Serves 3. 4 large eggs (use egg replacement if you're not tolerant) 1 cup ricotta 1/2 tps vanilla extract 1/3 cup oat flour 1 tb melted butter pinch salt 1 packet splenda 2 tbs powdered egg whites 1 tsp butter. Large skillet over high heat. mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor (except the butter). When griddle is very hot. Grease with butter. Make dollar size pancakes by dropping spoonfuls in. Cook & turn over. Serve with SF syrup.
