Mickey planted it in two huge flower pots and it was peeking its small

head out last week...Mickey said last night that it looked like it was

dying...you may just have to bring rhubarb to Phoenix with you ...we

may not be able to make it grow here!!! Hoping this will perk up but

not hopeful. doris

Not sure about your server but I use outlook express and I can go to

Message Rules and then block senders list under the Tools heading.

Then you can " Unblock " . Good luck...I have her e-mail; she and I are

both Komen Champions for the Cure® which means we are members of the

newest Komen group that is a public policy group. This is the stuff I

asked everyone to go to and petition their congressperson. For those

of you who have not done it, the link is www.policy.komen.org and

you can send something to your congressperson directly from that site

without having to look up an e-mail or snail mail addy for them.

Please, please do it is you have not already. I would love knowing if

you did it...We had over 400 people to sign on there in one

day!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheryl, this is something that my group that I work with for Komen is

trying to do...we want Congress to appropriate money to help women who

can not afford it to have screening for breast cancer and cervical

cancer. If you go to the site, you can sign up and the petition will

automatically be sent to your congresspeople. www.policy.komen.org

by the way, my picture is on the site too. doris

Thank you, thank you, thank you and if the women who receive the

service from this had your name, they would probably thank you also.

I know one lady who has benefited from this program...she had bc so

this probably saved her life. Thanks again. doris

Hi Doris,

Thankyou for your reply. Yes, isn't it amazing the way we trust Doctors with

our lives even though our gut instics are telling us that the Doc may be

wrong. I have learned after two episodes of major depression, both following

a short stint on the contraceptive pill, that Doctors cannot be trusted! I

do my own research now, and take what they tell me with a grain of salt.

Perhaps it is a good thing that the pill did not work for me, for if it did,

and my mum's cancer turns out to be estogen receptive, well who knows? I may

have inherited the gene for estogen receptive BC from her and well, who

knows...

Love to all,

Mel
