A couple of questions, if anybody is still out there!

Just finishing up my Internal Med doc for the night.

Patient has stage 2b rectal cancer.

or

Patient has Stage 2b rectal cancer.

or

Patient has stage IIb rectal cancer. (is stage capitalized?)

She was evaluated by Dr. **** in June for hoarseness. He thought this was

related to chronic drainage and did not recommend any additional studies. She

was treated with guaifenesin and s/l Histavent which has only been marginally

beneficial.

Can you hear Hista-Vadrin? It is an antihistamine/decongestant

combination
