I have at least 12 testimonials from people who have ameliorated their Crohn's

syndrome w/i 3 days of grape seed extract.

The OPC's in grape seed extract: astringent, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant,

strengthen cerebral vascular system, protect inflamed joints, inhibit the

oxidation of LDL's, anti-edema, anti-clotting, cardio-protective, delays tumor

onset {Am J Cl Nutr Nov 1996, 64 (5) p748-56}, protects the brain from

developing senile dementia and Alzheimer's {OPC In Practice, by Bert

Schwitters}, regenerates Vitamin E, reduces vericose veins, protects against

breast cancer {Total Breast Health, by Robin Keuenke}, alleviate asthma,

improve vision {Miracle Cures, by Carper}, increase joint flexibility,

reduce PMS {OPC In Practice, by Bert Schwitters}, and anti-aging benefits {Da

Silva, " Radical Scavenger Capacity of Different Procyanidins from Grape Seeds, "

Royal Society of Chemistry, London, Jan 1990, pp79-80}.

Reveratrol in grape skins, mulberries is an antioxidant that also

stimulates liver Phase II detox, which is a problem in Chron's,

etc. Avoiding sugars and refined carbohydrates also important. Fish

oil also usually helps.
