Serrepapase Versus Vitalzym

Hello friends,

As I have written previously, I am dealing with a large uterine fibroid

in addition to MS. I had the fibroid re-measured last week and it is

now bigger than the previous visit (when it had been getting smaller in

the past). I continue to take Serrepaptase which is reported to be a

helper in MS, inflammation, and breaking down fibroid/fibrin. However,

it does not seem to be doing a good job on the fibroid anymore.

I have been reading about Vitalzym, which is also purported to break

down fibroids/fibrin and help in autoimmune disorders. Vitalzym

contains serrepaptase as well as numerous other enzymes like Bromelain

and stuff. Anway, I was wondering if anyone has experience with or

opinions or thoughts on Vitalzym or on Vitalzym versus Serrepaptase.

Thanks,

Hi , I've used both products and have been happy with them, but I saw more

results with the Serrpeptase alone than the Vitalzyme. I guess that

Serrapeptase has a more concentrated form of that enzyme and that's what helped

me with swollen feet and ankles. You could always take both at the same time to

see if that helps. I'm sorry about your fibroid.

And here we are on iodine again! I think that it's a necessary element and I

have seen positive results with the Modifilan and seaweed salads that I eat.

that in addition to enzyme therapy, one should also take the herb 'chick weed " .

And Dr. Brownstien advises the product " Iodorol " iodine, for fibroids, and the

prevention of breast, and uterine cancer, as well as the prevention of prostate

cancer. I think this is major league therapy. ...RP

I eat several varieries of raw sea vegetables, sea lettuce, kombu. nori, arame,

dulse and kelp. I also eat spinach and love it raw. Seaweed is actually tasty.

I especially like sea lettuce salads and arame mixed with other foods. Try it

sometime!

spinach? Actually, I like spinach. ..RP

Have you heard about or used Prokarin? I used it many years ago and saw

definite good results but it is incredibly costly and not accepted by the FDA

or any insurance companies! I don't hear anybody talking about it any more but

my pharmacist tells me that it is still available (must be made up by a

compounding pharmacist).

Hi Mark. My sister turned me on to a video about Elaine on You Tube. There are

links you can give your dr about ordering it fr an on line pharm. I take ldn so

I have access to a compounding pharm and a pretty liberal genl practitioner (my

neuro is a scaredy cat). Do you know how to contact the prokarin making

hubby?Or what the recipe is? Right now I'm overwhelmed about all there is to do

to conquer the beast (diet, meds, chelation, mind body, supplements, mlm

products, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc ....). Whatever it takes, right????? Right.

I'm very interested to hear what this forum has to say about prokarin.

Hi Marguerite, do a search in the box above the messages in the group site and

you will find what has been posted in the past about Prokarin. The site with

the husband and the recipe is www.goodshape.net You might put procarin and

prokarin in the search box, as changed names from one to the other.
