Refer her to my book, described at http://hometown.aol.com/noamalgam.

Most of the FMS related newsgroups I have seen were committed to

wallowing in their suffering rather than getting better. I hope there

are others I am not aware of that you can point her to.

In addition to the advise given by others already given on the list, I would

like to share information about products from several companies that have

greatly assisted me personally with my Fibromyalgia. Before doing that I do

want to be sure it is understood that I use supplements from a number of

directions, some are from my local health food stores, and some are MLM. I

also believe it that diet is very important. For example, the consumption of

sugar, drinking coffee and carbonated soft drinks does affect this condition

as well as smoking. One must also exercise.

With that said, I will tell you that I use Maritime Pine Tree Bark

(Pycnogenol) from TurningPoint Technologies in Loveland, Colo., MSM from

Kaire as well as local health food stores, Spirulina, some products derived

from Spirulina, Microhydrin, Crystal Energy, (The Spirulina, Microhydrin and

Crystal Energy and a product called Excellerate come from a company called

Royal BodyCare Royal BodyCare ). ly I am

passionate about the products

I and other members of our family have used from this company for the last 7

years. It is a MLM company. I am a distributor only because I had to sign

up as one years ago in order to obtain products. I do not share with others

because I am want to build a business. That probably sounds hard to believe

but I share because I honestly want others to have benefits like we have had.

Another company I am passionate about is 4Life <A

ife Products <A

tly Asked Questions about 4Life Transfer Factor . This

company is located in Sandy, Utah. I have just given some of the websites

within the companies website. The first one is about their Fibro AMJ

daytime and nighttime formulas. Those formulas are exceptional!! Also, the

Transfer Factor is ever so good!!! I can't say enough positive things about

it and what it has done for our recovered Autistic 12 yr old as well as me.

I added the Fibro AMJ formulas in September 2000 after I had a sever

Fibromyalgia attack that completely shut down my life! I had had symptoms

of it for months but did not believe that I really had it. (Our now 24 yr

old daughter developed it when she was a junior in high school. So, I have

been around it on a daily basis for a number of years.) But when this Fibro

attack hit me on Sept 12th, there was no denial I had it. I lost ability to

raise my arms above my waist. I could not hold another heavier than 1 pound

in weight. I could not bend my left knee. There were shooting pains inside

my bones. I could not think straight. My speech was slowed down. I could

not stay awake and then at times I could not go to sleep. And the pain was

all over me. And this was the state I was in by Sept 14th. It was a mess!!!

Because I could not take of myself let alone my family

I knew about the 4Life Fibro AMJ products and had ordered them for our 24 yr

old daughter to try. She was 23 then and getting ready to leave for a

semester in Austria on September 27, 2000. But she did not want to try

them. She liked the Transfer Factor but did not want to try anything

different concerning what would help her Fibromyalgia. (She uses the Royal

BodyCare product called Immune Pack which is derived from Spirulina.) Thus I

had these AMJ products on the shelf just gathering dust. So, I decided to

used them. And they worked! By the time September 27th rolled around and

it was time to take her to the KC airport I was about 90% back to normal

functioning. And as days and weeks have gone since then I have lost all the

pain and my range of motion is near normal except in my left knee. The brain

fog is not totally gone but getting better. I have stamina. I rarely have

to take a nap. I can go from 6 or 7 in the morning to 11 and 12 at night

with out napping. Not bad for a person who is almost 55 yrs old.

Well, this is toooooooo long! Sorry!! 4Life does have a Fibromyalgia

Protocol. It used to be on their website. But I could not find it today.

The website has recently been redesigned after the company acquired another

company. Those products have been added to the ones they had previously.

But I know that their Protocol does work. In many ways, the protocol is

like what is done to support heavy metal chelation of children with Autism.

I am working to remove my old amalgums. But I am not convienced that my

dentist really knows what he is doing. The problem is I do not think there

is a dentist in our area who can! But I have had some old ones removed.

The last time had to have crowns. And I asked for porcelin crowns.

I found I could induce it with hydrogenated fats (crisco, margarine,

fast food) and it would go away as long as I kept those out of my

diet. Diet is very important. Most of the popular dietary

prescriptions however aren't the right ones.

Personally, I consider microhydrin to be 100% pure, unadulterated

bullshit. I was especially nauseated by the irrelevant electron

micrographs that he didn't take which were shown on the flier I saw

and are irrelevant to anything he says in it.

You can get the same effect for a cent or two by putting a drop of

dishsoap in a glass of water and declaring it generic microhydrin.

I am not that familiar with this, though I don't think algae or how it

is tested is really relevant to mercury detox except to the extent

that people eat a lot of some strain that is very sulfury and have an

adverse reaction to it as many do with chlorella.

>Also, what are your thought on Celtic Salt?

Tastes nice and salty to me. I don't think it has any medicinal use

other than treating sodium deficiency.
