I've never heard this term used before and I've looked up several ways of

spelling and cannot find anything close.

dr. states twice in the report:

General: There is slight s/l cephosis.

Vital Signs: She does have, as noted, a slight s/l caphosis.

I'm sure it's the same word even though she pronounces it a bit differently.

I tried cefosis and cafosis along with kafosis, kaphosis, kephosis, and

kefosis also but didn't find anything in my dictionary. ---Tammy
