Spring Challenge

I weighed in on Saturday and had a gain of .4, which I didn't think was too

bad for Christmas week, especially since I was sick for 3 days and didn't

get my water at all. Why is is that when you are sick you don't do what

you know is best for you? So dumb. Anyway, I am starting the Spring

Challenge at 147.4. How are we keeping track of our goals? Do we just

write in a the end of the week and tell you that we did journal?

But I'm starting my Spring Challenge at 177 pounds. When I weigh in at

WW I'll post so that the adjustment can be made.
