Various Stages of PCa

Probably read a few hundred pages on the net since diagnosed with

metastatic PC. They mention various stages. Confined to prostate area,

spread to bones, spread to lymph glands, etc. Then I run across some

references to advanced stage disease but they do not list whether

spread to bones, spread to lymph glands, or both.

Is there a standard definition of advanced disease? I know real high

Gleason and high PSA might-would indicate it. Perhaps the definition

of advanced disease will depend upon the writer and when no detailed

definition is given perhaps the writer assumes there is a standard

definition.

Any help in clarifying this will be appreciated.
