I have just got back from a day in London at a meeting.

The day was lengthened somewhat by the direct train breaking down in Kings Cross and we had to catch one half an hour later and then wait nearly an hour at Doncaster for a connection.

Hence I am only now picking up the threads of today's conversations.

There is a danger that we are getting into a little heated debate on the pros and cons of one or two e-mails.

As I have said before - there is nothing wrong with saying "I think proton beam is best" or "I think surgery is best, but I accept that it might not be your choice!"

What is unacceptable is - "my way is the only way"

Sorry but people and PCa ain't like that.

Just as people have different priorities PCa comes in many forms and speeds of progression.

Let's get back to the good things we do well, holding each others hands, helping each other get informed
