Deni ~ I would be interested. What is your email address?

Another eGroup I belong to...

I don't know if some of you would find an additional eGroup helpful.

The other Yahoo group I belong to is more structured than this one

and we are all " restarters " --in other words, we have been WW before

and regained, failed, given up...whatever...in the past. Our focus

in the WW-Restarters group is that we are going to support each other

and be accountable to each other--and not quit again, because we are

going to reach our goals--PERIOD!

I am posting here in hopes that there are some of you who may need

more of that. I'm not trying to " steal " anyone away from other

groups--but more of an additional support for you.

Our basic guidelines at " WW-R's " is that you must post no LESS than

once a week, and you must post your stats in the database no LESS

than once a month. The whole purpose of these is for supporting

other members/getting support/being accountable. It is a private

eGroup and you have to be invited to join because we want the members

to get to know each other and feel like we can share with each other.

Right now we have 15 members. 4 have reached their goal, a number of

us are getting close, and some of our newer members have a ways to

go. I've lost 79 lbs. since April, 2001, and have about 20 to go.

If you are interested, would you please email me? I can answer any

other questions you might have on a one-to-one basis. If you are

not, I hope you won't take offense to my post.

I would be interested in joining your group. Two years ago I lost 24

lbs. and got down to 217 lbs. Right now I'm up to 228, and I don't

want to go up any further. Feel free to email me with any info.

Thanks

Rhonda
