We tried transdermal but I think the IV kickstart to stimulating insulin production would be better... Only lasts 2-3 weeks but it's great for language and social behavior as well as good poops. My son potty trained himself the day of his last iv secretin 2 weeks ago and he wasnt even " close " before that. We get it in our DAN docs office and this was our 6th iv (once a month).
