Guest guest
------ Looks as though you're going to have 2 for comparison purposes. Sounds like good-medicine, to me. ------ Hi Nick, Thanks for the info. I guess I wasn't clear as to why I was puzzled. After reading the list for a year, I wonder why I was so " fortunate " as to get the 2-scan when almost everyone else got the single scan. I agree that it's probably better to have 2 scans but the unexpected wait is very upsetting. I was all set to know the answer on Monday. Now I have to wait for a second scan. Do you think it's likely that I can get a doctor to tell me immediately after the second scan whether there is abnormal uptake? I really need to know to move on with my life. I didn't realize I would have this week between beginning the scan and ending the scan and would really like to get to a very important meeting if I'm clear. Obviously, my health becomes more important than the meeting if I'm not clear. Has anyone experience with how much time it takes to get a reading after a 2-scan procedure? Betty mailto:bettyy@...
