Guest guest
(this is a cut/paste from local meeting notes) It was explained that people with LBD need the auditory and visual cues, so when you hold the phone and they cannot see the person they are trying to talk to it is very difficult for them. There is a product available called Skype. It is a method of video phoning where you can see the person you are talking to on the computer while you talk. By using this, the person has both the visual and auditory senses engaged and can communicate better. The link for their website is http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/features/allfeatures/video-call/
