It was actually 2 days, but I'm back on track just like it never happened. I'm eating normally, just exercising more to see if I can burn some of it off. Seems like it really bothers me if I get too tired or work a lot of hours on my feet. Even after losing almost 70 lbs, it doesn't seem to be any better. I power walk and do weight training.
