Thanks! It was actually 2 days, but I'm back on track just like it never

happened. I'm eating normally, just exercising more to see if I can burn

some of it off. It's so cool how this has become a lifestyle for me after a

year of practice. I never thought I would actually crave nutritious foods

and exercise!

I have minor problems. I've always been able to walk at least. Seems like

it really bothers me if I get too tired or work a lot of hours on my feet.

Even after losing almost 70 lbs, it doesn't seem to be any better. I power

walk and do weight training. Exercise doesn't seem to make it any worse for

me.
