Guest guest
Hi everybody. Let me just side step in to say a couple of things re: this board. First & foremost - everybody here has the best intentions in their posts. Everybody here has been in each other's shoes in one way or another. I believe every single one of us is here to benefit in our own journeys and/or to help others. There's no one on here I think would intentionally hurt another. But this journey we've all gotten ourselves into is a difficult one. And we can read a post in just a certain way that can be taken positively or negatively - I do it myself on a regular basis! In fact somewhat recently a comment regarding a nursing home was posted and I flat out said they sucked! YIKES - for the most part I try to reread my posts before hitting 'send' and make any adjustments to it so as not to offend the most sensitive person out there (my HR training ) but sometimes the coffee hasn't kicked in or I've woken up on the wrong side of the bed - and just hit send. I for one know Imogene would never intentionally try to hurt another caregiver. But on the same token can understand how her post could have been read wrong and hurt someone. Let me just say that EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU is a piece of the puzzle that someone else here needs to help in their personal journey. And for those whose journey has ended - you are needed too for your expertise. " There is no love without forgiveness, and there is no forgiveness without love. " H.
