Protecting the Future of Your Special Needs Child

We would like to invite you to our next free workshop on

planning for the future and protecting benefits

for your special needs child.

at the invitation of ARC of County

Greenberg, M.B.A., Certified Financial Planner and mother of a

child with autism, talks with parents on the Special Needs Trust,

writing the Letter of Intent (the future guardians' guide),

protecting governmental entitlements, creating an endowment to

provide funds for your child's future needs, and possible tax

savings.

Solkoff, Board Certified Elder Law/ Special Needs attorney will

discuss supplemental needs trusts to provide for the " extras, " while

preserving benefits eligibility, and other legal aspects of the

planning process.

We'd like to invite you to join us for an interesting morning review
