Wednesday, September 6, at 9:30 AM at the invitation of ARC of County Greenberg, M.B.A., Certified Financial Planner and mother of a child with autism, talks with parents on the Special Needs Trust, writing the Letter of Intent (the future guardians' guide), protecting governmental entitlements, creating an endowment to provide funds for your child's future needs, and possible tax savings. Solkoff, Board Certified Elder Law/ Special Needs attorney will discuss supplemental needs trusts to provide for the " extras, " while preserving benefits eligibility, and other legal aspects of the planning process. We'd like to invite you to join us for an interesting morning review of how you can better prepare for your special child's future.
