Guest guest
I've got to figure a better way to deal with stress and depression than food!!!! Go punch something! I love Tae Bo for this very reason, LOL! I get to take out aggression, on air, so I don't hurt myself, LOL!!! Really though, you can find something for you that is easy to get to, and is healthier than a 'food attack.' I know you can!!! Next weeks weigh in you're going to do great! ~*~~*~ Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine
Guest guest
Went to curves again today - i sure do feel a lot better once I've exercised! I just need to find the secret of keeping that feeling all day Great on getting to CURVES... that's wonderful.. as for keeping that feeling all day.. why not take mini walks through out the day to get other little "highs" from exercising? Who said you had to do full workouts all the time? Heck, I do tons of mini things, such as dancing crazily with my 5 yr old to soem weird song he's playing, chasing soccer balls, or what not. Exercise isn't only when you spend 30-60 minutes sweating your armpits raw... it's anything that gets you up and active! ~*~~*~ Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine
Guest guest
it's just too much exposure to my dh - once he gets back on the road I'll be just fine LOL! Gotcha, well.. good luck with that whole thing then... I'm a country person.. some alternative... a little rock, and old hair bands, but no idea of the new people out... LOL! So I'll just ... go with the shaking booty part. I probably would shake long after too.. so I doubt I would try it! Of course I have a belly dancing video, and it's pretty fun... and it shakes all you got too! ~*~~*~ Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine
Guest guest
actually - I think it's just that I'm OUT of the house and away from the stress I dance around the house all the time and my son thinks I've completely lost my mind - ROFLOL I can even do that "booty shake" that Beyonce does in her "Crazy in Love" video - of course my "booty" is a LOT bigger than hers is and mine tends to just keep right on shakin' LONG after I've stopped ROFL! Can you tell the insanity is starting to set in? sigh.....it's just too much exposure to my dh - once he gets back on the road I'll be just fine Melody Moris, Leader TOPS #Tx1454, Pleasanton http://www.texastops.org 49.50 Pounds GONE!! 92 to GOAL!
