Guest guest
Hi Ginger, I had some allergy testing done which proved I was allergic to several metals found in the teeth. The insurance picked up a portion of the amalgam removals which was then seen as a medical necessity, not just cosmetic. It's really important to check for biocompatibility of filling materials. I couldn't even use porcelain or ceramic because of the glue used to hold them in place. I ended up with gold which has an almost neutral electrical charge. Nowadays zirconium is the choice material for biological dentists to use. With so many fillings, I would recommend going to Mexico and seeing a biological dentist there. They can do it for a fraction of the price if you can't get help with insurance coverage. Your teeth are soft because you're not absorbing nutrients. Once your fillings are out and you detox (I recommend NCD at least six weeks prior to removal to remove you body burden of mercury, nickel and whatever else is there and six weeks after) you will start absorbing minerals better. You may want to try juicing lots of greens too which are high in calcium. Spinach and kale are good. Broccoli is excellent too and use enzymes and probiotics too. Tissue salts can also help with balancing minerals. I'm currently testing out a new calcium supplement since I think I'm a bit depleted judging by my skin. We had a poor summer and am also lacking in Vitamin D. If I see a good result, I'll post about it in a few weeks. I'm going to give it 30 days before I comment though. Most calcium supplements are junk. The only good one I've ever had was from China and somehow they gave it a negative charge. My skin looked amazing after a few weeks but we can't get it here. Guest guest
Sharon, did you know that spinach contains oxylates that block calcium absorption and that it is also goitrogenous, blocking iodine? Spinach is good, I ate spinach salad for lunch, but it's best to vary the greens. It contains indigestible fiber, that's why people get gassy, the fiber ferments in the gut. The good news there is that prebiotics grow in the fermentation. Broccoli and other cruciferous cegetables contain indoles that fight cancer. All produce has two sides, good and bad. Variety is the way to minimize the bad and utilize the good. Sharon wrote: . You may want to try juicing lots of greens too which are high in calcium. Spinach and kale are good.
