Guest guest Posted March 11, 2004 Report Share Posted March 11, 2004 These are some of the charms we have given out to KOPS over the years at the chapters I have belonged to: On reaching KOPS status, on their graduation, for re-gaining KOPS status, KOPS consecutively "at goal or below" for 12 weeks, each KOPS anniversary, perfect attendance for 12 weeks, KOPS "staying in leeway" for 6 months, and for reaching "7 under status". We even have our best KOPS of the week, being the one either at or the lowest below goal "without being out of the lower" leeway. You can even do contest created just for them and give charms for prizes. Our chapter is small but we have two new KOPS graduating at SRD giving us 4 now so now there is competition for them.
