Guest guest
First I want to thank everyone who encouraged me this week when I found myself off program and gaining 3 lbs. I was hoping for a pound or two but was pleasantly surprised with a 5 lb loss. I feel as though I can achieve the goal I set for myself for my trip to Hawaii (Dec. 13th) I really really want 50 lbs! I'm at 43.5 now. If I stay on program I believe I can lose the 6.5 lbs necessary. Anyone else have problems with their sciatic? I had a problem in August and with regular chiropractic visits thought I had it under control. On sunday it started again. I am in pain all the time and couldn't get on my treadmill yesterday or today. No position is comfortable. Went to the chiropractor early this week and she made an interesting comment. I would love some input. She mention that 3 times this week patients have come in with similar pain after starting or increasing their pilates workouts. I have been doing pilates 4-5 times a week. Last time I had this problem it was because I was jogging. I now do a quick walk for a longer period of time instead. I increased my pilates three weeks ago. It never occured to me that pilates could be causing the problem. 240.5/197/160 OP since July 10th 2002
