Guest guest
Sally, I have been chelating using dmsa only for almost three months, and I can't say you really " feel " anything except perhaps more tired. Now sometimes I do feel my symptoms more, that I had prior to starting chelation, they are a little more intensified. By that I mean my vision is a little worse, and I experience more brain fog, but not to bad. The improvements I have seen in myself, include better vision, I hardly ever have headaches anymore, ear ringing is GREATLY improved. I just feel better overall !! Guest guest
DMPS, oral or parenteral, is the only chelator that makes you feel BETTER while taking it. DMSA will make you feel a bit better of you are very toxic, but you have warmth, flushing, and are very spacey. Sometimes it gives you a runny nose. ALA has lots of brain related side effects that vary a lot from person to person. It also increases some people's allergies while they are taking it. With both DMSA and ALA most people need to urinate more often while taking it. Guest guest
Austin is 5 and has only had 4 rounds so far -- round 5 starts tomorrow. He told me the medicine is making him feel better. When I asked him in what way, he said, " I just feel better, mom " When I pressed him for more information, he said, " Well, I don't pretend talk as much! " I thought that was interesting. Mom to Austin (recovered from pdd) and (nt) 5 yr old twins.
