People who had no hope, no place to go, no good medical treatment. Support groups are the major focus of this country and others. What is Weight Watchers? What is AA? DUH, DUH, DUH! They are support groups. I would ask this ____________ how she feels about them! Boy I am so mad, I am so mad, I am so mad! Much less what about all the good medical info we get, all the studies etc. Boy I am mad. Phyllis <<I was to the CHIP nurse who sets up various things for diabetics yesterday. This is something new, and yaaaahooo, we've got a glimmer of hope for the boonies. She seemed really nice. I asked her what diet she recommended and she didn't have any favorites, but was like me, just eat and test. I excitedly began to tell her about the list and she was very adament: " The people should see their own doctors and health services. You are not a doctor. You should NOT be telling these people anything. " That upset me very much. I tried to tell her it was for support. She countered with, " Your stress levels are so high, you shouldn't be dealing with any of this. " Needless to say, I was upset.
