Guest guest
Rhonda, I take lots of it and don't seem to have a problem. Maybe, it just affects some people. Guest guest
It is OK to take B-12 during chelation. In fact, most mercury toxic people find it extremely helpful. Thank-you for your response. I have purchashed some sublingual B-12 from the health food store that is the Cyanocobalamin type. I took one yesterday and found it didn't do anything for me. This is the only kind other than the swallow tablets that they carried. Does this kind usually work ok for mercury toxic people? And should you notice an increase in energy if they are working? I had read before that if you are B-12 deficient, after you take a supplement you feel some difference, but I think this was with another kind of B-12 (like possibly the methyl type) Thanks, Rhonda

That we don't need! B-12 deficiency causes neurological problems. Giving a hyperactive child B-12 will be very helpful to some of them. It might make a few worse. You can have them get shots, but you can also just dissolve a lot of B-12 in juice. a few thousand micrograms a day seems to do the trick. The kids like juice a lot more than they like shots. Guest guest
> Homeostasis is not achieved by isolated vitamin therapy. You may wish to make reference to a good dictionary for the meaning of the word " homeostasis. " If the vitamins are taken consistently, homeostasis is achieved. Whether it is a desirable homeostasis or not is the pertinent question. Lots of extremely toxic people have found it to be much more desirable than anything they were able to achieve by " natural " means. One good example of this is my girlfriend's son Sheldon, who is MUCH better off with vast quantities of B-12, folate, A, C, magnesium, zinc and molybdenum in his juice. I don't know of any fruits that can be squeezed to give a few milligrams of B-12 per pitcherfull so we use the synthetic stuff that comes out of a chemical factory. Sheldon's signs and symptoms of B-12 deficiency have improved on it, which they did not on a nice organic diet beforehand. Andy

The kids like juice a lot more than they like shots. If one were B-12 deficient, would there be obvious outward signs? I was told by someone (not a professional) on another list, that if I were B-12 deficient I would definitely know because I would have numbness and tingling in the arms and especially wrists. Does B-12 deficiency come on that strong all of a sudden, or can it develop more slowly over time? Thanks, Rhonda

Shortly before you died from it. Long before that, while it was having adverse neurological effects on you, you would have the tip of your tongue become red and smooth. Also, let us say your kid is so B-12 deficient he has the numbness and tingling. Since he has had it for a long time HE THINKS IT IS NORMAL AND WILL NEVER COMPLAIN! Numbness and tingling is a SYMPTOM. he has to tell you about it. A smooth red tongue tip is a SIGN. You can check it without needing him to tell you it is bothering him. >Does B-12 > deficiency come on that strong all of a sudden, or can it develop > more > slowly over time?
