Guest guest
My son played in a celebrity golf tournament that is held every year in the city where the Super Bowl is being played. All of the winnings go to each person's favorite charity and asked that any winnings he had would go to the Lewy Body Dementia Association. The tournament, which was hosted by Jimmie (the race car driver) and Nick Lachey (who sang with the Backstreet Boys), was in a 'skins' format. I think that means that each golfer collects 'skins' for the holes they win and then their prize money depends on that. won $7,500 which will be sent to the LBDA! My dad bought his first set of drums years ago and the two of them spent many hours on the golf course. He was the first grandchild and the two of them were extremely close, so I was really pleased when he said he wanted to do this in honor of " Buddy. " Dianne P, daughter of Bill, who was set free from LBD on Jan. 23, 2009
