What did you have for breakfast this morning?

Made sausage patties and homemade biscuits- gravy for me. Washed it down with a diet coke. I have a fridge- I can cook once again!

Nothing. There are donuts in the breakroom but I am not eating them! I know I know...I should eat breakfast but I never do and you know what? I'm not hungry in the morning at all and actually if I do eat in the morning....it upsets my stomach! My roommate is the same way so I know I'm not the only one. BUT I am going to go grocery shopping tonight and buy stuff for a snack in the morning. I guess there is no rule that says you have to eat breakfast RIGHT when you get up in the morning. I think I'm going to switch shifts to 7:15 - 3:45 starting on Monday (God help me....I hate mornings) so maybe by 10 or 11 I will be hungry for breakfast. We'll see! WISH ME LUCK!

Peace, love, and all the funky fresh vibes!

Thanks,

Had to go to dr today and go in fasting so I skipped breakfast and went to lunch since it was late when I left the doctor.

OH MY GOSH do we really have to tell? Well I hope this does not gross

anyone out but, I had a chil dog with lots of slaw and mustard, diet dr.

pepper, 2 glasses of water with a piece of Amish bread and strawberries.

Its all I have ate all day long and it was about 2 p.m. because my right hip

is swollen and I had taken a muscle relaxer and a pain pill and they knocked

me out from yesterday at 7 p.m. until today at 2 p.m.!! Love Pepper

What did you have for breakfast this morning?

fat free blueberry yogurt. That's usually my pre-breakfast....then I go outside and do farm chores and come back in and eat again. My current breakfast choice over the past couple of weeks has been Slim Fast cream of chicken soup in one of those new sippy cup containers. I can eat/drink that while on the computer.
